What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

While our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, please feel free to begin arriving around 4:00pm to allow for time to get to Fields at Skycrest and secure your seat.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at The Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Moorseville. Please see our "Travel" tab for a link and more details. The ALoft hotel is another option close by. We also recommend checking out local rentals in the area (Airbnb, VRBO).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please reach out to Ty or Kimberly if this applies and we will communicate that with our vendors so they're able to accommodate.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided for your convenience. The shuttle will be available to transport guests from The Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Moorseville to Fields at Skycrest before the ceremony (first shuttle will be at 3:00PM). After the reception (around 9:30-9:45pm), the shuttle will be available to transport guests back to the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Moorseville. The shuttle will be available to guests throughout the ceremony and reception for transportation back to the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Moorseville.

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a large gravel parking lot on the property. You are allowed to leave your car there until the next morning until 11:00AM.
