It all started in April of 2020, in the midst of a pandemic. Arizona had a curfew of 8PM, but I drove to Mason's apartment at 11:30PM anyway. That first night we hung out until 8AM and from there on out we were inseparable. As both of us were getting out of some pretty terrible relationships, meeting each other was definitely a breath of fresh air. Within two weeks I was moved in (with my rat dog and "scary" gecko). From then on we knew we were in it together, through thick and thin.
