Wedding Party

Deyaun Villarreal

Maid of Honor

Kim and I grew up together in Port Isabel, TX and first met during middle school. We were in band together and both played the clarinet. However, it wasn't until high school that we really became friends. We gradually became closer friends during the countless hours of band practice. We immediately bonded and we're inseparable. The rest is history! We remained best friends during college and beyond. Even though I live in Dallas, we always make time to see each other. Every time we do, it is always as if no time has passed. From passing notes to each other in band practice to going country dancing, we've been there for each other through it all over the past 15 years. There is no person that I'm closer to, and I can always count on her. I'm so proud and honored to call her my best friend.

Tyler Stubbs

Best Man

Greg and I met whenever he became my neighbor around 5th grade. Us neighborhood kids would get Greg to come out and play all kinds of sports along with skateboarding, riding bikes/scooters, and more. He became a lifelong friend immediately - Tyler

Michelle Cisneros

Matron of Honor

Kim and I met in our early event planning days at an ILEA event. We were both with our bosses, a little awkward, and didn’t quite know how to professionally network. Fortunately, we met again when I started working at The Cupcake Bar and Kim was my first trainer. Aside from her kind, friendly personality, I remember just instantly clicking and BOOM - friendship formed. Since then, the years have been filled with double date nights, trips, closet organizations, and much more. I couldn’t be more excited or more honored to be part of Kim&Greg’s special day 💜

Marco Baeza

Groomsman

I met Greg in August of 2003. We were both 6th graders at C.D. Fulkes Middle School and happened to share quite a few classes together. I was an in-district transfer which meant I did not know ANYBODY at all going into 6th Grade. All my friends went to another middle school in Round Rock. But one day, we were in Mrs. Rogers Math class and I happened to need a pencil for the warm-up. I looked over to my right and Greg was ready with a bag full of them. Needless to say, the rest is history.

Bridesmaid

I met Kim during our first year of college while rushing a sorority, Tau Beta Sigma. I will never forget the day, outside of the music building, our entire pledge class was standing in a circle listing our interests to try and get to know each other. This is when my life changed for the better. Our mutual passions for baking, wedding planning, musicals, hockey & most importantly the Jonas Brothers bonded us instantly in that moment. We took the plunge & went on our first friend date to see Shrek the Musical & well...the rest is history. To this day we continue our musical date nights, share virtual tequila shots when our teams get kicked out of the Stanley Cup playoffs, & never miss the opportunity to get Lovebug white girl wasted at a Jonas Brothers concert. I love you forever Kim!

Joseph Cisneros

Groomsman

In 2016 my darling Michelle introduced me to Kim. As she and Kim grew closer, I was happy to see their friendship blossom into something special and I knew she’d be a lifelong friend of mine as well. Soon after, she mentioned a fella that she’d been googling her eyes at and I shouldn’t have expected anything less than a gentleman. Well I didn’t get quiet that, I got way more. I know this is y’all’s special time but I can’t help but feel incredibly lucky to not only share your special day with, but many more years of happy memories. Greg, I see how hard you work to make your family happy. I can’t wait to share advice and stories about our experience as husbands. I’m honored you chose me as one of your groomsmen to help you celebrate the day.

Saray Limon

Bridesmaid

If I’m being quite honest, I can’t really pin point the exact moment or place Kim and I met because it’s been well over 12 years now & my memory (a lot like my vision) is just a big blur. Living in a small town, we were bound to meet, I just never expected at any point throughout our childhood for our friendship to last this long and/ or be this meaningful. I will forever be grateful to have had someone by my side to experience all those awkward, awkward middle & high school years. Thank God for glow ups. Talking about God, thank you , & your family, for always taking me in & literally feeding me every Wednesday prior to church. That started off as a joke, but slowly and surely we all realized who had the better stocked up pantry in that neighborhood. Popcorn and ketchup? Never again.

Heidi Neidig

Bridesmaid

Kim and I met at Texas State in 2011 through Bobcat Marching Band and Tau Beta Sigma, but our friendship really grew from becoming roommates in 2012! We both needed a roommate and decided to take a chance on each other and I am so glad we did! Kim is my dog Oliver’s Tia, so often you can find me calling Kim Tia instead. I love Kim’s passion for life; movies, coffee, dogs, and her drive to accomplish anything she puts her mind to! My favorite memories with Kim include our many traditions, like Annual Pumpkin Day, Texas Renaissance Fest, and Bark in the Park, even if we haven’t been able to do them all every year (or recently since I went off and had a baby). I can’t wait to stand by Tia’s side on her special day and watch her love and life with Greg grow!

Angela Saavedra

Bridesmaid

I met Kim in August of 2010. We were both in the Texas State Marching Band and also pledging for the same music sorority our first semester of college. We quickly became friends and people often confused us with each other because we look alike! She is as warm, kind and loving now as she was then and I’m lucky to have a great friend like her. 🤍

Kim and I met at work. I was interning as a wedding planner and working at Cupcake Bar where she was my scary boss 🥺 haha jk. In all seriousness, we realized how many interests we shared and developed a friendship from there. Now we can’t get rid of each other!!!
