Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We want you to feel comfortable throughout the celebration. In Half Moon Bay, the weather can shift as the sun sets or the breeze picks up, so we always recommend bringing layers. Our suggested attire is “coastal formal”. Florals, soft hues, and colors inspired by the sea and shore are perfect!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP and give us your menu selections as soon as possible. The last possible day to guarantee attendance with our venue will be August 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive by 3:45pm to give yourself time to say hello and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. As a courtesy to all guests and to help us create a peaceful, uninterrupted moment, please turn off and put away your cell phones during the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Mavericks House does have parking available for the event. You can park in either of the lots. You can also utilize street parking in the harbor as long as you are not parked in from of any driveways or gates. If you are staying at The Oceano Hotel, you can walk to and from the venue.
