What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Vintage Country... more Vintage than Country but I love me some cowboy boots and hats. Preferably neutrals and a pop of color, our wedding colors are sage green and rustic gold. We kindly prohibit jeans from our wedding. We also ask that you avoid oranges and blacks and whites! How do I RSVP and When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP by going under the RSVP tab on our website, from there you type in your name we addressed your invitation to and you follow the steps from there. Please RSVP by no later than August 18th, 2023.

Will transportation be provided? Is there suitable parking for the venues?

Answer

Unless you have talked to the bride and groom previously, transportation will not be provided and there should be enough parking for the ceremony and reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome but only if you're allowed to bring them on your invite! Certain invites will allow for you to bring children, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Bring them along to celebrate with us but please be respectful!

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

This can be found in your wedding invitation or in the schedule section of our website. If you have any further scheduling questions feel free to contact us.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding hashtag is #EverlastingEmersons and we encourage you to use it when posting photos from our wedding! There will be further details regarding our hashtag at the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You are only allowed plus ones if it says so on your invite! We cannot accommodate everyone having plus ones due to venue space. This must be recorded when RSVPing. If you have any other questions just double check with the bride and groom.

Will the Ceremony/Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held indoors as of now to avoid any weather conditions that may occur.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating except for the families which will have reserved seating at the front. Your invite will have further details regarding reserved seating. If your invite does not include seating you are free to sit wherever available. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guest are sat appropriately. There will be a seating chart at the beginning of the venue.

What do I do if I'm late for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm, we recommend guests arrive at 3:30-3:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will let you know if we are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. Y'all heard it here first and I'll say it again... be prompt, because ain't no one ruining my wedding day by being late. If you are late, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight, and we will see you then!

When can we post photos?

The bride and groom please ask that you do not post on social media until after the Emerson's make their first post!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangovers are on you -- get ready to celebrate! There will also be a lemonade bar :) for those nondrinkers!
