FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kimberlee Jean Delcamp and Graydon Zane Stewart
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors to The Society Room will open promptly at 10:00 AM. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 AM, so please arrive with enough time to park, get settled, and find your seat by 10:15am. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Where should I park for the wedding?

Answer

Guests can park at the ProPark lot located at 84 Asylum Street, Hartford, CT, just steps from the venue. After parking, keep your parking ticket in a secure location. The Society Room will provide you a second ticket upon arrival, allowing you to enjoy complimentary parking when you leave.

Question

How do I get to the venue from the parking lot?

Answer

Once you've parked, walk toward the building and then turn right to reach the front entrance. The parking lot is on the side of the building, and Pratt Street is a pedestrian-only street, so vehicles cannot access the front directly.

Question

Is there an elevator at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Society Room has an elevator available for guest use. The ceremony and reception will take place on the main floor, while the cocktail hour will be held on the mezzanine level. If you prefer not to use the stairs, feel free to take the elevator—it’s easily accessible and clearly marked inside the venue. If you need any assistance, venue staff will be happy to help guide you

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors

Answer

The entire celebration, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will be held indoors at The Society Room of Hartford. No need to worry about the weather, just bring your best party spirit and dancing shoes! If it’s chilly outside, a coat check will be available at the venue to keep your layers safe and out of the way while you enjoy the festivities.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired professional photographers to capture every moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us as we say “I do.” Don’t worry, you’ll be able to relive the magic through the official photos afterward!
