Question

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

We recomment you arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can find the location and get parked!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. We will have tents set up for the reception but keep in mind temperatures and weather when choosing what to wear.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available on the property. Someone will be happy to show you where to park!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will provide set amounts of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We will do our best to have enough for everyone but when we run out we run out!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you don't have your devices out during our ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer who will document the ceremony for us. Feel free to take plenty of pictures after the ceremony!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible as our space is very limited and we would love to be able to plan for you. Our final deadline for RSVP is May 1st, 2025.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes absolutely, we ask that you note on your RSVP if you have an allergy and we will communicate this will our caterer.

Should I do anything to prepare for the elevation?

Answer

Great question! Our wedding will be at elevation, so there are a couple of things to be aware of. If you are sensitive to elevation, getting acclimated in Denver may not be a bad idea before coming up to Buena Vista. We also want our guests to be aware that alcohol may affect you more at elevation, so be careful! Lastly, make sure you put on your sunscreen!
