Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in comfortably.
We adore your kiddos, but for this special day we’ve chosen to keep the celebration adults-only. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us! If you’re traveling with a child and need childcare, we recommend Sitter Scout, which offers babysitting services for hotels and Airbnbs. Bailey personally worked for the owner for 7 years and highly recommends. Learn more at sitter-scout.com or email info@sitter-scout.com.
If your invitation includes a guest, we’d love for you to bring them! If not, we’re keeping the guest list intimate so we can celebrate with our close friends and family.
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us. We promise to share plenty of professional photos afterward!
Our celebration will be black tie optional — think fall, formal, and festive! Long dresses and suits are great options. We’d love to see rich autumn colors to match the season.
Mid-October in Vermont can be crisp and cool, especially in the evenings. Our ceremony will be outdoors (bundle up with a light layer or wrap), while the reception will be indoors where it will be warm and cozy.
Our ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend avoiding stilettos or anything that might sink into the grass. Block heels, wedges, or flats are great options, and once the party moves inside, you’ll be set for the dance floor!
For guests staying at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, the ceremony and reception at the Spruce Camp Great Room & Grill is right on the same resort. If you plan to drive, there is ample parking on-site. For those staying at Outbound Stowe, a shuttle will be provided to the wedding, as well as to the after-party / Outbound (next door to the After Party location), and finally back to Stowe Mountain Resort at the end of the night for those staying at Spruce Peak.
