Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We have a shuttle to and from the venue. Our pick-up hubs are Fairfield Inn & Suites Northampton/Amherst, Hotel Northampton, TownePlace Suites Hadley/Amherst, and the Hampton Inn. Sam will be reaching out individually to coordinate the shuttles but if you have any questions please contact us. For those who fall outside the shuttle's pick-up and drop-off zone, we will have Uber vouchers available for your use (please reach out to Sam for our code). There is also ample free parking at our ceremony and reception locations.

How do I get to The Sanctuary?
Answer
Upon arrival to Look Park, proceed through the entry gates. If arriving by car, notify the attendant that you're attending a wedding to have the admission fee waived. Our ceremony will be at The Sanctuary at Willow Lake, which can be found by following the road (it's a loop) until you see The Sanctuary. Reserved parking will be marked by signage. You can also bear right upon entry (prior to admission gate) to park at The Garden House and make the 10-minute walk to (and from) The Sanctuary. If you'd like to park at The Garden House and take a shuttle to The Sanctuary, there will be one leaving at 4:00pm from the loop in front of The Garden House.

How do I get to The Garden House?
Answer
After our ceremony, cars may proceed along the loop, bearing left into The Garden House parking lot prior to exiting the park. Those looking to soak in some nature may make the scenic 10-minute walk along the path back to The Garden House.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
We are looking forward to hosting our wedding during a beautiful time of year in New England! Temperatures for this time of the year are on average 80s-60s, so we plan to enjoy a comfortable outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, then move indoors for dinner and dancing.

What is Garden Party Cocktail?
Answer
We encourage guests to dress up and have fun with their attire. If you're more of a visual person, we recommend googling "garden party cocktail attire" for some ideas! The pathway to our ceremony includes a short section through grass, so please be mindful if you're wearing heels.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding events are going to be adults-only so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us, but also understand if a trip without children is not possible for every family.
