What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm. Please kindly arrive between 5:00pm- 5:15pm.

Is there parking available near the ceremony/reception venue?

Answer

Public city pay parking is available onsite.

Question

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

Under the current event restrictions, all guests will be required to wear a mask any time you are going inside the venue. We will have disposable masks available. When outdoor, masks are not required, however social distancing is encouraged.

Question

Will the ceremony & reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The reception will be held under a large tent outside. There is a jacket room inside the venue in case anyone wanted to bring a jacket for the evening. Disposable masks are available and will be required when indoors.

How will changes be communicated before the day?

Answer

Rest assured we will keep you informed regarding any important changes with an email alert. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel or postpone our special day, we will reach out to all guests.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Answer
