What is the dress attire?

Answer

Semi-formal/dressy casual

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP to our wedding planner at (850) 464-4153

Question

Where are we registered?

Answer

Due to limited space for storing gifts, we would prefer contributions towards our honeymoon or our house funds found on the registry or cash/gift cards at the event, should you choose to gift us with something more than your presence at our event.

Question

What type of ceremony and reception is it?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside at Hopewell Baptist Church and the reception will be at an outdoor venue close to the church (less than 5 minutes). We recommend wearing flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the ground. Guests will be responsible for driving themselves to the reception.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive about an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. We will be starting the ceremony at 3:00pm. Guests will be able to enjoy a slideshow with music and pictures of the happy couple, their family and the wedding party while waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour to hour & half. Guests will be able to head to the reception area immediately following the ceremony, where appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Guests may explore the natural beauty of the area, participate in games, snack, socialize and take/share photos, while waiting for the wedding party to arrive. Later in the evening, a full meal will be served consisting of barbecued meats and sides.

Question

What type of food/drink will be served?

Answer

Guest will be served appetizers while waiting for the wedding party to finish photos. Afterwords, a full meal will be served consisting of barbecue and sides. Salad will be included as well for those with certain dietary restrictions. Only non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

Question

What accommodations are there for those with limited physical ability?

Answer

The church is easily accessible to all, and includes areas for wheelchairs/walkers in the sanctuary. Transportation will be provided from the reception parking lot area to the seated reception area for those who have a difficult time walking far distances.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list in order to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are children welcome to attend?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love to see all of your little ones at our wedding, if you would like to bring them!

Question
