COVID-19 Update

Answer

Dear Friends and Family, It looks like we picked a tricky time to be having a wedding. We are still in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is unclear how the next few months will pan out. At this time, we hope to be able to go forward with the wedding as planned. That being said, we intend on following the recommendations of the CDC and Public Health Officials. There are currently restrictions on large gatherings, and if conditions do not improve, we will postpone or limit the size of the wedding. The safety of our loved ones is our number one priority. If we are able to move forward with the wedding, but you are no longer able or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we completely understand. We will update our wedding website as soon as we know more, and the final plans are in place. We hope to be able to see you all soon. Love, Kim & Trent

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome to attend our wedding. However, the venue has a pool that will not be closed off. Even though the pool will not be used, the venue is requiring a lifeguard if children are present. Please let us know as soon as possible if you intend on bringing children, so that we may make arrangements accordingly.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will provide transportation from Dry Creek Inn (Best Western) to/from the venue. Pick ups will begin promptly at 2 PM and will continue picking up every 30 minutes until the start of the ceremony (4 PM). The shuttle has a max capacity of 25 people. The shuttle will return to the venue at 8 PM and will continue picking up every 30 minutes until 11 PM.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, Amazon, and Target. Please refer to the Registry tab found on our website to find all info about our wedding registry.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony as it will begin promptly.

Can we RSVP online?

Answer

Yes! You are more than welcome to RSVP online if that is your preference.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Because this is a private residence, parking is limited. There will parking available only for vendors, the wedding party, and guests that may require extra assistance. All other guests, please park in downtown Healdsburg near Best Western Dry Creek Inn as there will be a shuttle that will take you to/from the venue.
