We have reserved a block of rooms at the Strathallan Hotel, which is located less than 2 miles from our venue and is also within walking distance to many of our favorite neighborhood spots! We recommend making a reservation here if you can, but we have outlined two other great hotel options below too. The Hyatt Regency Rochester would be our third choice recommendation as it's located just a bit further from the venue and there isn't quite as much to do within walking distance compared to the other two hotels. Flight
We love our airport! It's small, modern, easy to navigate, and just a 12 minute drive to our suggested hotels. What's even better is that there are non-stop flights from so many cities you may be traveling from including Boston, Charleston, Charlotte, Chicago, Orlando, Nashville, Newark, New York, Philadelphia, Tampa, and Raleigh-Durham!
Train
We've taken Amtrak many times and while it's not always as quick as a flight, it's a very comfortable and convenient option if you're traveling from NYC, Albany, Poughkeepsie, or even Boston and want to take the scenic and adventurous route! The Louise M. Slaughter Station in Rochester is just a 5 minute drive from our suggested hotels.
