Travel Note
For our out-of-town guests, we've reserved two hotel blocks in Winter Haven, the nearest city to our wedding venue in Lake Wales. These hotels are approximately 30 minutes from The Sugar Grove Estate and are conveniently located near our Welcome Party the night before. To make travel as easy and stress-free as possible, a complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation. We highly recommend booking your accommodations well in advance to ensure availability during the busy wedding season. Hotel blocks are available at both hotels listed below and are available for one or two-night bookings to accommodate everyone's unique travel plans. Also, if you wish to come sooner or stay longer than the allotted block (April 9-11), let us know and we can get you a special code so you stay in our group block!

Shuttle
April 10, 2027 3:30 pm
We will have a complimentary shuttle bus picking up wedding guests from the Courtyard by Marriott and Best Western Plus to transport to the wedding and back to the hotels at the end of the night. Since we'll be celebrating with an open bar and Lake Wales is a rural area with limited rideshare availability, we encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service. Ubers are not a reliable mode of transportation in this area. Planned pickup will be 3:30 pm (plus or minus a few minutes) for the driver to cover both hotels. Departure from the venue will be shortly after the reception at 10 pm. Kindly state on your RSVP whether you would like to take advantage of this transportation, so we may gauge interest and the required capacity from each hotel.
