Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire... all events will be held on grass and there will be a short walk on grass from the parking lot/lodges to the ceremony and then from the ceremony to the reception so we HIGHLY recommend avoiding high heels. For the welcome party on Friday night, please dress in upscale summer barbecue attire... no athleisure please!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know and we can accommodate it for both the welcome party and reception

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin right at 4pm so please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm in the Aspengrove, allow for a 5 minute walk from the parking lot

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
You can set up a taxi from Leavenworth to the lodge for 25 dollars per person each way on https://leavenworth.org/business/leavenworth-shuttle-taxi/ ... the lodge is about 25 minutes from town. Otherwise you will need to drive as there are no Ubers or Lyft in Leavenworth.
