Unfortunately, our venue is extremely limited on guest count. We are only including spouses and children.
The venue is a renovated kid's camp so the paths are often unpaved. We ask that you dress comfortably for the weather but suggest "garden style" such as nice dresses, dress shirts, pants, etc. We don't suggest high heels as they may be uncomfortable on soft ground. We do respectively ask for no jeans and tshirts!
The ceremony space will be outdoors-weather permitting. It may require walking down a short path that is unpaved. If the weather is too severe, it will be held in a covered pavilion. The reception space will be in a covered pavilion-weather permitting. It is on a concrete slab. If the weather is too severe, we will move it indoors to an indoor dining hall with tile floor.
We ask that you keep your pets at home unless you are staying in one of the lodges and have declared your pet to stay. Even so, we ask that you keep your pet in the lodge during the entire ceremony/reception time.

Yes of course! We understand that everyone has different schedules/needs. If you plan to attend only one part of our day, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our guest count accordingly with our vendors.
We are having a dry wedding. Please do not bring alcohol onto the venue premises as you will be asked to leave.
Please plan to arrive by 2:30pm
We are having a buffet style reception served by PC Events. Food will include brunch items such as a waffle bar, egg casserole, vegetable lasagna, a meat carving station, juices, coffee, and more! We will also be serving pies instead of cake for dessert.
