Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport to The Lake at Apple Hill is the Sacramento International Airport (SMF). San Fransisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately a 2.5-3 hr drive. Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately a 2.5-3 hr drive as well.

There is no dress code per se. Definitely wear something that makes you comfortable. That being said, it is a wedding, so please keep it wedding appropriate.
