Stay tuned - official invitations with RSVP date will be sent out later this summer.
Semi-formal farm wedding (interpret that as you will!) All activities will take place on grass or gravel, so high heels (especially stilettos) aren't recommended. There will be heaters in dinner space and bonfires after dinner, but October in Wisconsin can be chilly, especially after the sun goes down, so depending on the forecast you might want to bring a coat (and maybe even a blanket!) just in case! What you SHOULDN'T wear: - stilettos - black tie gowns/tuxes - jeans
The truth is we are very lucky to have pretty much everything we want/need (and are actively working to get stuff OUT of our house!), so as the saying goes, your presence is present enough. If you feel very inclined to give a gift, we'll have a honeymoon fund linked on the Registry page, or would enjoy creative/personal/food-related gifts or gift certificates that you think we would love!
Of course! We'll ask for this information in the RSVP and do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate allergies/dietary restrictions. Dinner will be vegan/vegetarian friendly!
We're still hammering out these details, but if you don't want to drive yourself to Sprouting Acres, there will likely be a shuttle from the Madison East hotels with a pickup at the Stoughton hotels, and back again at the end of the evening.
Yes - Sprouting Acres Farm has a large field where folks can park that is a very short walk to the wedding site. Guests with accessibility needs can drive/park on the driveway right next to the festivities.
