We are not from Ohio- what do we need to know?

Answer

Ohio has been mandating safety precautions by county. Cincinnati is located in Hamilton County and at this time (06/02/2021) masks and social distancing are no longer mandatory if you are fully vaccinated.

Can I wear a mask to the wedding?

Answer

Of course! We encourage our guest to take necessary precautions to stay safe (and feel comfortable) attending our wedding.

What precautions will be taken by the Venue?

Answer

Rheingeist is going above and beyond to assure guests safety. We have outlined a few points below & additional details can be found on their website. - Increasing the frequency of surface cleaning throughout the event spaces, elevator, restrooms & workspaces before, during & after events. This includes wiping down all surfaces, tables, door handles, etc. with an effective cleaner - Between events a full deep cleaning is done in each space, including all items within it. - We've added multiple hand sanitizer stations in each room - A health check, including temperature assessments (must be below 100.4°), will be performed on all employees and vendors upon arrival, & they are all required to wear facial coverings - We have installed higher quality filters in all of our HVAC units -We have continued to follow guidelines and recommendations set in place by the CDC, the ODH and other local agencies. We will continue to update our proactive response plan accordingly
