Family and Friends, Due to the unpredictability and uncertainty of COVID-19, and today’s growing numbers along with the predictions through November 2020, we are sorry to announce at this time we will not have a wedding celebration as scheduled by invitation. With COVID-19 hitting over 3 million cases this morning, 98% of the wedding party, family and friends traveling to Alabama, and the fact we love each and every one of you this decision had to be made. Be assured our Faith is strong and when your heart speaks you must listen. As the investment of time and monies can not be given back, our number one concern is you. When the time is allotted at a later date when COVID-19 is no longer a concern we will have a “Celebration of Unity” with family, friends, and guests who are currently in receipt of the wedding invitation. Once we get through all of this we will come together to celebrate. We plan to marry as scheduled on the 5th of September 2020 because we are ready to move forward in our lives as a married couple. Please keep us in your prayers. As hurtful as this decision was to make, please know we appreciate each of you and we look forward to seeing everyone at the “Celebration of Unity” beyond COVID-19 and the injustice currently raised in our Nation.
