Eric and Kim’s story began at Travis Air Force Base in Northern California. Eric had recently returned from a deployment, and Kim was between flying missions when they first saw each other at the base gym. Eric would catch Kim scoping him out from her perch on the stair master while he would steal a glance at her between sets. This continued for a few weeks until they were at the same bar downtown. After several exchanges of awkward eye contact, Eric finally decided to introduce himself. Although he managed not to put his foot in his mouth for five minutes, Kim’s friend abruptly announced they had somewhere to be, grabbing her by the arm and hurrying her to the exit. Thinking he’d come on too strong and scared them off, Eric was sure he’d blown it. But, to his surprise, Kim marched straight up to him at the gym the following Monday to ask for his number and to apologize- they did, have friends waiting on them to catch a movie which is why they had to leave in such a hurry. The only reason she’d gone into the bar in the first place was that she saw him walking in. The following weekend, Eric and Kim went to a San Francisco Giants game for their first date and have been obsessed with each other ever since!

Kim and Eric had a courthouse ceremony at the San Francisco City Hall on February 28th,2022. Though it was necessary for Kim and Eric to make their marriage official as soon as possible due to a military move, they still wanted a proper ceremony to celebrate their union with friends and family. They may have already said their "I Do's," but they want to share their vows and commitment with you.
