We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! So, we are requesting that all of our guest's dress in formal attire. For example: Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen, suit & tie!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family.
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30PM. We ask you to come 15-20 minutes prior to our start, no later than 4:20PM.
Ceremony: 4:30-5:00PM Cocktail Hour: 5:00PM - 6:00PM Reception: 6:00PM - 10:30PM
While we hope for a beautiful day, we understand the weather is unpredictable! Our ceremony will be held in an enclosed glass conservatory; rain or shine, we are fine! During cocktail hour and the reception, we will have both indoor and outdoor space. Fingers crossed we can use both, but weather will not interfere with our celebration!
There will be two shuttle trips from the Hampton Inn and Suites in Neptune/Wall to Eagle Oaks, leaving at 3:30PM and 3:55PM. A return shuttle will also be provided back to the hotel, departing Eagle Oaks at 10:30PM.
We ask that you are conscious of your phone during the ceremony. If you choose to sit in the seats closest to the aisle, we ask that you keep your phones away. We have hired a team of photographers and videographers to capture this special moment for us and would hate to have a phone blocking the moments for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you want!
If you will not be using the shuttle service, there is complimentary valet parking available at the front entrance.
