When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 30th. You can rsvp by navigating to the 'RSVP' tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please note the wedding ceremony & reception will be an adults-only celebration. However, your little ones are welcome the rest of the wedding weekend! The hotels have some child care options, please reach out to Kim or Bryan directly if interested.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate any additional guests beyond those named on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the wedding ceremony & reception, we ask guests to dress in Summer Cocktail attire. Think cocktails dresses and suits/blazers & slacks in bright, light colors. Please refrain from wearing black.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony start time is 5 pm sharp. Please ensure to arrive before then. Shuttles from Villa La Estancia will leave at 4 pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know your dietary restrictions in your RSVP and we'll accommodate as best we can.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles to the wedding venue will leave from Villa La Estancia at 4 pm. Shuttle back to the hotels will be at the end of the event at 11 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the wedding venue. However, we suggest to take the shuttles provided or call a taxi/uber, if needed.
