A printed bus schedule will be provided at hotel check-in, but here’s everything you need to know in advance: TownePlace Suites ~Friday: Shuttle departs for the Welcome Party at The Blue Room at 5:15 PM and returns to the hotel at 8:30 PM. ~Saturday: Shuttle departs for the wedding ceremony at 2:30 PM and will also transport guests to the reception. An early return shuttle will depart the reception at 8:30 PM, with the final shuttle returning to the hotel at 10:15 PM. Hilton Garden Inn & Hampton Inn ~ Friday: Shuttle departs for the Welcome Party at The Blue Room at 5:15 PM and returns to the hotels at 8:30 PM. ~ Saturday: Shuttle departs for the ceremony at 2:30 PM and continues to the reception. An early return shuttle will be available at 8:30 PM, with the final departure at 10:15 PM. To ensure everyone has a seat, we kindly ask that guests ride the shuttle associated with their hotel. Our welcome party will be held outdoors, and the attire is casual. For our wedding ceremony and reception, we kindly request cocktail attire, with jackets preferred for gentlemen. As the reception will take place outdoors on grass, please consider appropriate footwear for your comfort.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM CDT. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to allow ample time for seating and to ensure an uninterrupted start to our celebration.
We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We want our photographer and videographer to capture this special moment without distraction. We truly appreciate your cooperation in being fully present with us.
While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
Transportation will be available for guests staying at our designated room block hotels for both the welcome party and the wedding. If you are not staying at one of these hotels, we kindly ask that you make your own transportation arrangements.
In the event of inclement weather, alternative arrangements will be made, and details will be shared accordingly.
