Like all great Los Angeles love stories, we met in NYC. I (Kim) crashed the NYU Tisch Film student lounge every day for two years in hopes of getting some work and catching the eye of a cutie pie. I (Alex) eventually took notice and fell in love at first sight. Though stars were crossed at the time, we felt a rare and real connection that we could not forget. A few years after graduation, we reconnected at a coffee to see if there was still a spark. The coffee lasted 8 hours. It was love. The last 9 years have been the best years of our lives. We moved from NYC to Los Angeles where we made incredible friends, fell in love with each other’s families, and built a life together that we are proud of. We helped each other transition from wobbly artsy postgrads into full-blown yuppies in our early to mid 30’s. Along the way danced at a million weddings and now we are ready to dance at ours! We are so grateful to everyone here for celebrating with us in whatever way you can. We love you all so much and are so thankful that you love us enough to read this whole thing. Now LET’S DANCE!
