What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code for our wedding is FORMAL. Women are requested to wear floor length gowns, sophisticated cocktail dresses or dressy separates. Gentlemen are requested to wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo. We kindly ask our guests to wear warm earth tones, please see the above color palette). Please AVOID wearing white, ivory or cream.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by February 15, 2024. We will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP after this date. We need to provide our venue and vendors with an exact guest count by a certain date. We will send out reminders and ask you to RSVP as soon as possible.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is INVITATION ONLY, so we’ll only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. We do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity. ***ANY UNINVITED GUESTS WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR*** Please keep in mind that security at the door will only allow inside those who are on the guest list. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event with the exception of our children. We do have a strict guest list to stay within the venue capacity. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us.

Can I record and take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (NO phones or cameras) the greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present with us as we say “I do.” We have hired professional photographers to capture these moments and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like. Just remember to use our hashtag #TaylorMadeForScott and tag us in them!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding will start PROMPTLY at 6:00pm. Please arrive to the venue NO later than 5:15pm, this will allow you time to park and be seated. The doors will be locked at 5:45. If you arrive after this time, you will have to wait outside and enter after the start of cocktail hour.

I am no longer able to attend, what should I do?

We kindly ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can plan accordingly.
