Where is The Brim located?Where is The Brim located?

Answer

The Brim is approximately 25-30 mins north of downtown Kansas City (and 20 mins from our home). It is located on 16.6 acres, so it is remote, however, mostly highway and all paved roads until you get to the driveway. We will not be utilizing the reception hall, everything will take place in the chapel. Can’t wait to celebrate!

Answer

Please arrive between 1230p-1245p. The ceremony will start promptly at 1pm in order to stay on our tight schedule.

Answer

Yes! The Brim offers a “Cake & Toast” reception immediately following the ceremony which all takes place in the chapel. Once the ceremony is complete, the chairs may be moved out of the way to mingle, inside and outside. We will cheers with champagne and cake will be served. The newlyweds will enjoy a first dance and also have professional photos taken with the wedding party and family. The C&T will end promptly at 3pm.

No meal will be served during the Cake & Toast.

Answer

We hope you understand our decision to make the wedding adults only. Although we love your children, the venue cannot accommodate due to the restricted numbers. However, we will have a 4 year old flower girl, Kitana!
