Hotel Check-In Logistics
If you are planning to arrive on the day of the wedding, please be aware that while the hotels will make every effort to accommodate early check-ins, rooms may not be available until after the reception. Our ceremony begins at 4PM, and all guests will need to be ready for shuttle pick-up between 3 and 3:45PM. We recommend coming dressed and ready for the event. The hotel front desk will be happy to hold your bags until check-in is available.

We've reserved rooms at Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken. Once these fill, you will have the opportunity to book through general inventory. However, please feel free to stay anywhere you feel comfortable. You can use the 'view' button below to access our room block directly.
