When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at Coolidge Family Farm on Saturday, September 20, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, so this will permit you time to make the short walk to the ceremony location on site.

There will be a parking lot available across the street from Coolidge Family Farm at the AmVets.

What if it rains?
Answer
Our fingers are crossed for a beautiful September day with sunshine and a light breeze! Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, with reception to follow inside of the barn. In the case of inclement weather, we may use the barn for the ceremony as necessary.

What will be served for food?
Answer
We have selected a food truck to be on site with us on Saturday evening: Cheese Louise! We aimed to choose options that are appealing to all. We will also have appetizers available during the cocktail hour. (If you've read this far, here's a secret: there will be a late night snack served, too! SHH!)

Can I take photos?
Answer
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the wedding ceremony to permit our hired professional photographer's wonderful work. We will have disposable cameras placed throughout the venue for individuals to snap a candid photo; we will later print to save those unique and special moments captured.

Will there be restrooms available?
Answer
Yes! Coolidge Family Farm has fully functioning bathrooms available for guests located adjacent to the barn/reception space. Please note that the Farmhouse as well as the Gambrel home on the venue property are not for guest use.

What should I wear?

Attire is semi-formal/dressy casual.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No, the venue is not BYOB. We guarantee that there will be plenty of options available at the bar!

Are there places to sleep on site?
Answer
Yes; however, those accommodations available on-site will be provided to the wedding party. Please review the Accommodations tab for local hotels to stay at for the night.
