Bridesmaid
She's a mama hen. Tenderness, understanding and the safe space and hug you always need, wrapped into one. We met while working together at Beta Center in Orlando circa 2015 and she's the forever-advocate that's on everybody's side. If I ever need to be vulnerable she's my go-to girl. Wanna talk weird stuff? 100% can count on her. She's a soul of old-world yesteryear and her home is a euphoric escape where time moves slow, moments are peaceful and critters are collected from the yard. Her friendship reminds me of a most cherished black-and-white photo that transports you to simpler times and I'm certain that her spirit has existed forever. She is the last and most brilliant starfish in the ocean and the most organic person I know, with the greatest gift of making me feel eternally loved!
Bridesmaid
15 plus years can only be described as a feeling. A friendship that feels like flashbacks of "growing up" all over again. It feels like afternoons on her couch after school eating all the Cracker Barrel cheese from the fridge, like high school trials and tribulations, surviving the teen years and phone calls for hours on Saturday mornings when we only lived a few houses apart. Feels like being introduced to AOL messenger in 2004 (and thinking she was so cool for having one), the time we tried the old-school ear piercing ritual with a lemon wedge, serving detention while she was at Key Club, waiting together at the morning bus stop, college dreams and making Wellington FL the backdrop to our own parade of shenanigans. She'll always be the best thing in my life to have come out of New York.
Bridesmaid
Dog person, nature lover and Earth (zodiac) sign just like me. Aside from this, she's braver and "badder" than I'll ever be. My most festive friend who loves Halloween and introduced me to crab legs, went parasailing with me (despite her better judgment) and took me for a visit to her home state of Kentucky (not to mention was my date to the Derby!). She takes one for the team every time, makes sure we always make it home safe and makes me CACKLE like no one else can. Always impresses me with her sense of drive and her outstanding ability to do super hard things. The ultimate plant mom and lover of all the cool stuff, she's the voice of reason and flair of confidence you never want too far away. She powers through life with so much wisdom and intensity and I will never not look up to her!
Bridesmaid
She is the breeze that rustles the leaves on the most perfect of days and the sweetest confection you could buy from the best bakery. We met by happenstance on a roommate forum prior to grad school and soon learned we’d be entering into the same Master’s program! She is every bit of a social workers heart, a pretty daffodil and someone who’s mere presence makes you want to be a better person. Never has she spoken a word that wasn’t soft-spoken and kind and she handles every situation with poise and grace. I couldn’t be more thankful for the way she has opened my eyes to loving cats and for the countless and irreplaceable experiences over the years! From bike fest on Myrtle Beach to hiking while pregnant in Salt Lake she’s the relentless epitome of a trooper that never ceases to amaze me.
Bridesmaid
When I first laid eyes on her across our work space I spoke it into the universe that she would be my friend and what a great thing that was to manifest! She is trendy and fearless and all the things you’d expect a show-stopping California girl to be. My own personal professional development pocketbook, she constantly teaches me about our shared career path and beyond. An enlightened mind, practical, thoughtful and the most authentic and real deal of a person. Keeps me young with her influencer vibes and knowledge of social issues. She’s all the greatness life has to offer and the magic that makes things happen. She’s the flavor of fine foods and select wines and the intricacies of Venetian ice glass, the embodiment of Renaissance and the force that empowers you; a rare prize of a friend.
Bridesmaid
She is like so many of the things that make you feel warm and happy, like seeing azaleas in bloom or drinking tea on the porch on a sunny day. We met in Tallahassee when we were still in undergrad and while volunteering together in the pediatrics unit at the local hospital. We spent college days scheming plots and speculating about crushes. She is the picture of calm and sensibility, and I always appreciated how she was the all-time best listener. No one but her will spend upwards of several hours sitting in a car with me catching up on the latest and greatest life updates. From paintball to Jumbo Shrimp games and returning to FSU for alumni football games and walking/drinking tours of our old campus, reconnecting with her after moving to Jax was undoubtedly a highlight of my time there!
Bridesmaid
She's all the thrill and hazard of a mechanical bull packed into one sassy bite-sized punch. Always a reliable good time and overall just so lovingly reliable! So many talents and desire for adventure are only a few of the bonuses to her friendship. We met while working together in a geriatric long-term care facility and some of our first girl dates included sky-diving, goat yoga and a sailing class on the St. John's River. A friend that always challenges me to be more fun is a great thing to have and she’s undoubtedly the dangerously-spicy-take-me-back-to-my-20's addition to my life! She's the striking breath of first chilly air in the winter and boy am I glad to have this cool mint of a gal to hit the country bars with on one day and road trip to mountains and waterfalls with the next.
Bridesmaid
We were next-door neighbors in the infant and toddler era, so we spent plenty of time together before I can even remember. She’s selfless, as loyal as they come and has long shown signs of being far more of an adult than me! Through the comings and goings of life, what hasn’t changed is the good times we have when we’re together. We were always more like cousins to each other and when your moms are friends you have recollections of celebrating life’s milestones together, pulling all-nighters at Hispanic parties in our childhood years, watching the sunrise with a blanket and donuts at Deerfield Beach and let’s not forget the weekly visits to our one and only favorite fried chicken joint! A friend like her is a sweet sense of nostalgia and a sounding board for who I've been and am becoming.

Raymond is my oldest brother and is a CDR in the US Navy. He has always been a role model for me and a great mentor to look up to. Notre Dame games will always have a different meaning to me when attending with Raymond.
Groomsman
Robert is my middle brother and has always been there for me in any situation. I have always enjoyed the time we spent together growing up on the same football teams and in the fraternity. As different as we are, spending our summers in Michigan and driving to school are only a handful of the things that brought us closer together.

What to say... From our early days of pledging to Pi Kappa Alpha, to being roommates and drinking buddies, Cole has always been there no matter the circumstances. Our trips to Stillwater, Hawaii, and the National Championship will forever be the talk of legends.
Groomsman
Grade school friends, high school teammates, and college fraternity brothers. Friendship can't cover the impact that he has had in my life. There are countless stories of all situations, from late nights drinking and watching the departed, to reminiscing of the glory days of the "Hartley and Kilway boys" on the gridiron. If there was anyone who would drop everything to be there, this is the man.
Groomsman
The late night running buddy, battalion confidant, and roommate across the hall. No matter how crazy the situation or difficult the conversation, he is always there for me. A bond of members in the military is always difficult to break, and this is no different.

Kevin and I met early on in grade school and through high school our friendship flourished. Whether it was on the football field, playing video games, or more recently going to OU games, we have fostered a great friendship that will last a lifetime.
