What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Please feel free to dress in lighter colors, floral patterns, lightweight fabrics, and shoes you can walk across the grounds in! No jeans/denim, cargo shorts, or purely white, cream, or off-white dresses, please.

How far is the walk to the ceremony?

Answer

It is approximately a 5-8 minute walk on a gravel and dirt path from the parking lot to the ceremony location. Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm on 9/5/2026 if you intend to observe the ceremony. For those desiring assistance, a golf cart and driver will be available as appropriate transportation.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors on a lovely garden path, so please bring appropriate footwear. Narrow heels such as stilettos are not recommended. You will need to walk on a dirt and gravel path to get to and from the ceremony location. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be covered.

Yes! Dinner will be buffet-style with a selection of elevated comfort foods. Many dietary accommodations will be available.

Absolutely! Please pick which overnight accomodations work best for you.

Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. Children who were included in your invitation are welcome to join, please ensure that your RSVP status reflects their attendance. If they begin to fuss during a solemn or otherwise important moment, we do ask that the child is escorted away until they have calmed.
