What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open at 6:00pm to give guest time to find your seat before the party starts. The doors will close promptly at 6:45pm for the entrance of the wedding party! If you arrive after the doors have closed, you will have to wait until the wedding party completes their entrance before being allowed to take your seat.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If we don't get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a 'No'. We will miss you celebrating with us, however final numbers will have been turned in to our vendors and we cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding.

What happens if I don't see a spot to add a plus 1?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to share the day with. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for the guests listed on the invitation, as we will only be able to accommodate those guest who have been formally invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we do love all of our family & friends, this will be an adults only event. Please keep this in mind when RSVPing.

What if there are no more room blocks available for the hotel?

Answer

As long as it's before September 15th, reach out directly to the couple to let them know to see if more rooms can potentially be added to the room block. Anything after that date, the hotel will not be able to accommodate the room block rates. In the event that no more rooms are available or able to be added to the room block, there is a Holiday Inn Express, located right next to the Staybridge Suites as well as other hotels in close proximity.

What is the dress code for the reception?

Answer

For the reception, cocktail attire. Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please be mindful of shoe choice, as our venue has some stairs throughout. As for the 'Night out with the Newlyweds', wear whatever you are comfortable with for a fun night out.
