We’re getting married!

As most of you know we have been engaged before and I gave Taylor the most magical and romantic proposal. We both had some learning and growing up to do. And I guess in that time, Taylor lost his touch of the romantics. My lovely fiancé popped the question to me during folding laundry. Yes, you heard that right. Folding laundry. I know what your thinking, “Kiley that could be romantic and sweet!” I’m here to tell you it was not.. but it was however absolutely PERFECT. Like I said before, we’ve both already had the romantic huge proposal for everyone to see. This time around, it was subtle, quiet and meaningful. We were folding laundry and I made a comment about doing “wife things” as I’m matching his socks in pairs. 🙄 Taylor’s reaction was nothing special except the words “Why aren’t you then?” I was confused, I laughed at him. He replies with “seriously why not?” “Be my wife.” Me being so stunned, I could hardly speak, I just cry instead. He got out the ring and asked me to be his wife again. I kept saying, “whatever, you’re just joking with me.” He kept saying “seriously Kiley!” I looked at him and squeeled like a pig and screamed YES!! See, although we didn’t have that huge instagram proposal, this was just as effective and heartwarming because now, I get to marry my best friend in May of 2024. 🖤
