The Wedding Website of Kiley Smith and Felix Rodriguez
If you have any questions that are not listed here, please reach out to Kiley at 509-845-1614 or Felix at 206-822-2010. Again, we are so excited to celebrate with you!
Question

How long should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 - Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 to get the best experience possible (account for travel days, wedding festivities, any excursions, enjoy the resort)! However, please feel free to stay as long as you'd like- the group rate is valid Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 - Saturday, September 12th. Please stay at minimum Friday, September 4th, 2026 - Monday, September 7th, 2026, to ensure you are here for all the wedding festivities. Please note there is a 3-night reservation minimum for our group rate. Bride and Groom Stay: Wednesday, September 2nd - Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Question

When do I need to turn in my reservation form?

Answer

Please turn in your form no later than August 23rd, 2025. However, it is highly encouraged to do so before this date as it does take them a couple days to get back to you with the reservation confirmation. We would hate for you to miss out! Again, to turn in your reservation form, please email the completed form to Arturo Reyna, reservas@sandos.com with Kiley cc'd (kskysmith@gmail.com). It may be smart to tell him it's for the Kiley Smith & Felix Rodriguez wedding on September 5th, 2026. ;) Please keep your confirmation email so you can have this on hand just in case you need documentation upon arrival. The confirmation email will detail their cancellation policy, additional fees, room reservation dates, etc. Again, no payment is due until you arrive.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We are encouraging a Resort Formal attire for the wedding: Elegant but relaxed — flowy dresses, linen suits, and light fabrics made for celebrating under the sun. Dress to impress, stay cool, and let the ocean breeze do the rest! If you have questions, feel free to text us.
