We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1st, 2025 so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Due to limited space and food, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received an invitation with a plus one please include if they are attending when filling out the RSVP. If we forgot anyone that you would like to invite, and they are not listed on your RSVP please contact Kiley at 515-314-2334
Yes! We kindly ask that if little ones become restless or vocal during the ceremony, you take a moment to step outside so everyone can enjoy this special moment. Thank you for understanding!
If you are coming to the ceremony at 4:00 PM, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before. Anyone arriving after 4:00 PM you will be asked that you wait until the bride has walked down the aisle to find a seat or sit in the back. Due to limited space, if you did not get a formal invite to the ceremony we ask that you come to the reception afterword to celebrate! Thank you for understanding!
The reception begins at 5:30 PM. Please do not arrive earlier than 5:15 to allow for time for the ceremony to be done.
Both will be held at The Gathering Barn
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The venue has space to mingle outside and includes gas fire pits with seating areas.
Semi-formal to formal. Whatever makes you feel and look good!
Unfortunately, we are not having an open bar all night. However, we are including a couple free kegs of beer for guests to enjoy until it runs out. The venue has two of their own bars where you can order your own drinks but you will be responsible for paying for them.
Yes! There is plenty of space to park.
