We met over a Thanksgiving break while Kiley was home from nursing school. Over winter break, Brandon taught Kiley how to snowboard... and then officially asked her out while she was home for spring break at the top of Loveland Ski Area.

We made it through 4 years of long distance, and it's true what they say: distance makes the heart grow fonder! We love to travel, and have had some pretty great adventures... from Japan to Iceland, to road trips to both coasts and lots of National Parks, and we know that there is so much more out there to explore! Our bucket list is never ending. Kiley also finally convinced Brandon to get a dog... or 2, and now Lola & Floyd are part of our little pack. They love going on adventures with us! We were able to purchase a home together in the crazy year that was COVID and have spent time making it feel like ours.

Brandon decided while we were skiing in Steamboat Springs in the middle of a blizzard (and on a flat...), to stop and say his skis weren't waxed correctly. Kiley (irritated that we were stopped on a flat), was looking down the mountain and turned around to find Brandon on one knee. It was just the two of us on the side of a mountain... and it was perfect! We are so excited to celebrate with our friends and family!
