The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that all guests arrive between 3:00pm and 3:30pm. This will allow everyone adequate time to find seats. Guests can arrive earlier, but we ask that you remain in your car until directed otherwise. DO NOT BE LATE! Guests who arrive late will not be directed to a seat and will miss the ceremony.
Whilst we love your little ones, we kindly request that this celebration be an adults-only event. We are only able to accommodate children of close family, who are named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to limited seating and space, this celebration is limited to invite-only. Accommodations to plus ones will be formally addressed in the invitation. We would love to see you on our special day, but we just cannot make room for everyone!
There is parking available at the venue and there will be individuals directing traffic and arranging parking. We do encourage car-pooling if possible! This will ensure space for everyone! Thank you for your understanding.
The ceremony is expected to be outdoors, but is subject to move indoors weather pending. The reception will be indoors, but there is a beautiful outdoor patio space at the venue.
Dinner will be provided to all our guests. If you have any dietary needs, please inform us of this information when you RSVP. We plan to accommodate everyone the best we can.
We kindly ask that during the ceremony ALL guests refrain from taking photographs or videos. We have an amazing photographer that will capture all the moments and we will be glad to share all of those images with you! Although we do not encourage it, taking photographs and videos during the reception is acceptable. We encourage all of our guests to be present in every moment during our celebration.
