Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm so we kindly request that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony there will be room to stand in the back.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
There will be plenty of parking at Soos Creek Botanical gardens for the ceremony. As for the reception there will be designated parking in nearby neighbors and street parking available. If you can please carpool to maximize parking available at the Lewis's Residence. There will be a parking attendant to help guide you.
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully ) both the ceremony & reception will be outside. please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
