Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire We kindly request cocktail attire for our celebration. Gentlemen — a suit or dress shirt and slacks is perfect. A tie adds a polished touch. Ladies — a cocktail dress or dressy separates will be just right. Please note that a portion of the evening will take place outdoors. While the space is turf-covered (no worries about heels!), we do recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay warm once the sun goes down. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October in Paradise Valley is typically beautiful! You can expect clear skies, low humidity, and mild temperatures—perfect for an outdoor celebration. Around 5:30 PM, when our ceremony begins, temperatures usually hover in the upper 80s to low 90s, cooling down into the 70s by sunset. We recommend light, breathable clothing with a wrap or jacket if you plan to enjoy the patio later in the evening. While dinner and dancing will be indoors, the outdoor patio will be open all night for stargazing and fresh air!

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Accommodations" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at El Chorro in Paradise Valley, just a short and scenic ride from the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa, where we have a room block. For those driving, El Chorro offers plenty of on-site parking. Prefer not to drive? Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services are also great options and readily available in the area.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! If a plus one was included on your invitation, you’re more than welcome to bring them. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep our celebration intimate. Thank you for understanding!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the meal, so if you have any dietary restrictions, we've got you covered! We'll be serving a seated dinner and can happily accommodate special dietary needs—just let us know when you RSVP.
