When should I RSVP by?

Do I need to RSVP to all of the events listed?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you plan to attend (or not) the welcome party, wedding, after party, and backyard brunch so we can know our headcount for each event. We do not expect everyone to attend each event and are aiming to have several different opportunities to connect with folks over the weekend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you are able to find childcare for the wedding, we would love for you to relax and enjoy your evening off and help us keep our headcount under the venue limit (we have 30+ kiddos in our community these days, wowza!) However, we do not want this to prevent anyone from attending and if you are not able to find childcare or are traveling from out of town with kids, then absolutely bring those babes and make sure to include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What is the parking situation for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

The wedding venue is located in a city park. There are 64 parking spaces shared by park, trail and Aspen Hall users so space can be limited. Please plan to carpool with others or Uber if possible.

Is the wedding outdoors/What's the weather like in September?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside come rain, shine, or (more likely) smoke! Dinner and dancing will be indoors. Temperatures in early September are usually quite lovely in Bend so plan for warm/hot days and cool nights.
