Healdsburg is the perfect stay on the wedding weekend!
There are many beautiful hotels and airbnbs near downtown. Some suggestions are listed below!
On the day of the wedding, come to downtown Healdsburg, feel free to shop around, enjoy a snack, or do some wine tasting, and meet the group at the shuttle pickup by 4pm!
The shuttle service will pick up on the corner of Vine Street and W Matheson St in parking Lot A behind Hotel Healdsburg (see above) starting at 4:15pm. It's within walking distance from the beautiful plaza square. If you don't make it on the first shuttle, no worries as the 2nd will be coming at 4:30, and the last shuttle will leave at 4:45.
After the wedding, the shuttle will be dropping you off at the Best Western Dry Creek Inn (if you are staying there) and then back at the same location in downtown Healdsburg starting at 10pm, 10:30pm, and 11:00pm. From there you can uber/lyft to your nearby hotels/AirBnbs, or leave a car in the public parking lot to carpool!
Flight
Fly into San Francsico or Santa Rosa Airport
The closest airports to fly into for our out of towners is San Francisco (SFO) or Santa Rosa (Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport) From SFO it is about an hour drive north on the 101 to Sonoma County.

Airbnb Booking
Book early! We highly encourage guests to reserve AirBnbs or VRBO's with other friends and family in Geyeserville, Healdsburg, Windsor, or Santa Rosa area. The venue is about a 20 minute drive from Downtown Healdsburg. Feel free book any hotels in the surrounding towns/cities nearby, ranging from Santa Rosa to Geyeserville.
