FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kiki Katselis and Jake Frankenthor
Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Question

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

The welcome dinner, ceremony, aperitivo, and reception will all take place outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Question

What is the weather like?

Answer

Tuscany in July typically offers hot and sunny weather, with daytime temperatures in the 80s-90s and evenings cooling to the 70s . Rain is unlikely—July is one of the driest months of the year in Italy. To keep everyone comfortable, all of our events will be hosted in the evening, and we will provide handheld fans, and have cold beverages available.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are asking that all of our guests dress in formal attire. All wedding events will be outdoors, some may take place on gravel. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes early to get seated and enjoy cold beverages before the ceremony begins.

Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

You can easily reach the the venue by train from any major Italian destination. For our guests coming from Florence, trains depart from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and arrive directly at Pistoia Centrale station. Trains run frequently—about every 30 minutes throughout the day. Taxis are typically available at Pistoia Centrale for the short ride to Borgo Antico Casalbosco. If you prefer, you can also arrange a private car service from Florence to Pistoia.

Question

When should I Rsvp by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However we request that you kindly confirm your attendance by March 10th, 2026.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! For those of you renting a car in Italy, there will be free parking at the venue.

Question

Uber/Taxi?

Answer

Uber is available in many major cities in Italy, but Taxi's are more cost efficient. Taxi apps in Italy are Free Now (works in major cities), appTaxi, and It Taxi (good for booking taxis in advance).
