when should i rsvp by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by October 1st so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we have not received your RSVP by specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending.'

can i bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accomodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! If you don't, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or nice dress pants, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. **No jeans

what happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour where there will be refreshments and appetizers.

what time should i arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:30pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes before that time to allow time for parking and find your seat.

will food and drinks be served at the reception? what kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. There will be 2 different entrée options - chicken and beef. There will be several different sides. If you are a a vegetarian, please contact us as these meals are separate. Beer and wine will be included throughout the evening.

is there parking?

Answer

There is street parking available right outside the venue. There is also a parking lot off Broadway Street behind Grace and Lace Bridal shop downtown. We highly recommend that you take the shuttle services to and from the venue for ease of travel.

can i take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony so our photographer can capture uninterrupted moments. You are more than welcome to take all the pictures you want after the ceremony has concluded!

Question

when will the reception end? will there be an after-party?

Answer

Music will end around 11 p.m. Please try your best to be off the premises at 11:30 p.m. The venue needs time to clean up for the following day, thank you for your understanding!
