Shuttle to Silcox Hut
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Meet at the Timberline Lodge to be picked up by a snow cat or suburban depending on the snow situation. You will be transported 1 mile up the mountain to the Silcox Cabin. Please sign-up for a shuttle slot so that we can give a list of names to the driver.
The Main Event
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Warm Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks that will keep you warm.
The ceremony will be held outside if the weather is good although it can be windy. Please bring jackets and warm clothes in preparation.
