Is there a dress code?
Answer
Come get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. Your snazziest suit and tie, cocktail dress, or dressy jump suit is perfect for our wedding. The event is entirely indoors with the option to step outside during cocktail hour, so feel free to wear heels if you want (but be ready to dance!) Don't feel like you need to wear a full tux, but please no jeans and t-shirts.

Are younger children invited?
Answer
Although we would love to have everyone with us to celebrate, our wedding is going to be an adult only event so everyone can relax and enjoy their time celebrating. If there is any confusion, all names listed for your invite are who we can accommodate for. We hope you respect and understand our decision, we adore your little ones!

What time should we arrive to the Ceremony?
Answer
The Ceremony will promptly start at 5:30 pm, please arrive 15 - 30 min before the ceremony to ensure there are no delays!

Should I anticipate Bay Bridge traffic?
Answer
YES! For those that do not live in the area, summer weekends on the Eastern Shore are prone to have beach traffic. Please be mindful of potential (inevitable) traffic the day of and plan accordingly to not cause any delays. 1-877-BAYSPAN provides real time traffic information that can be called at any hour. When you plug our venue in to Maps or Waze, I would factor another 15 - 30 minute buffer so you are not rushing!

Are there any shuttle options from BWI to Kent Island?
Answer
Yes! If you got to www.bayrunnershuttle.com there is a one way or round trip shuttle service you can purchase. The shuttle will take you from BWI to the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island, from there you are in walking distance to many hotels. There are many different shuttle times throughout the day!

Are there Ubers or other ride share services on Kent Island?
Answer
Short answer is NO! Please do not plan to Uber around the Stevensville and Kent Island area. Especially for those that planned to Uber from the reception back to their hotels. There are very little, if any, options to ride share. Transportation will be provided to hotels in the area as well as directly to the after party.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, there is free on-site parking at the venue with plenty of space. We will be having an open bar and encourage you to celebrate with us so please plan accordingly to get home safely!
