When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue opens at 6:00 pm and the ceremony will begin at 6:30 pm.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking available on-site at the venue for both the ceremony and reception.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Austin in late September is expected to be in the mid to high 80s and sunny.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if there any dietary restrictions or special requests when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved one building of 15 rooms at the on-site boutique hotel for family and friends at a rate of $169 for the night of the wedding. Additional rooms may be available in the other buildings. Please let us know ASAP if you would like a room so we can book accordingly. Alternatively, there are other hotels near the venue listed under the Accommodations page.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.
