Flight
This is the closest airport to Walnut Creek. It is a 30 minute drive with no traffic. This is usually better for local travel, so if you are coming from the surrounding states then this will probably be the better airport. It is an International Airport though so you might have luck getting flights into here from far away but usually the San Francisco Airport is better for that. Definitely check both though. This is the easier airport to navigate and get in and out of.
Flight
This airport is a little farther away and when stuck in traffic can take more than an hour to get to Walnut Creek. This is an international airport though so there will be more flights to here from farther away. So if you are coming from the east coast or farther this is probably the best bet for getting flights.
Hotel
This is the a nice low budget hotel right next to downtown Walnut Creek. It is a 10 minute drive to the venue and walking distance to downtown Walnut Creek for food and shopping.

This hotel is a little further away than some of the others but it is a very nice and high class 4 star hotel. If you're looking to have a mini vacation while here I would recommend the Renaissance. It is only a 10 minute drive to the venue.

This is your average holiday inn express, nice clean, and on the less expensive side. it is a bit further away from the venue than some of the other hotels but not that much further. It should take a little over 10 minutes to get to the venue.
