How to RSVP?

After you receive your formal invitation, please scan the QR code to RSVP online via our website.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than February 1st, 2027. You will not be included in our guest count if you RSVP after this date. However, we understand unexpected events happen. If you need to change your RSVP after February 1st, 2027, please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible.

What is the venue location?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be held at Venue at Grove, 7010 S 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041.

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The earliest you may arrive is at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:20 to find your seat for the ceremony.

Where to Park?

Answer

There is onsite parking. Ride share services such as Uber & Lyft are strongly encouraged if you plan to consume any alcohol during the evening with our open bar. We want you to get home safely and the venue has the right to call a ride service at your expense if you are intoxicated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or formal attire. The ceremony will be held on grass & the reception will be on pavers so please keep that in mind when picking shoes.

Can I take pictures or film during the ceremony?

Answer

No. The ceremony will be unplugged. Please refrain from taking photos and filming during the ceremony to allow yourself to be fully present. Photos and filming are welcome during cocktail hour and reception. The couple will be happy to share ceremony photos after they get them back from their photographer.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please share any dietary restrictions and allergies with the bride and groom by February 1st, 2027 with your RSVP so accommodations can be made.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, open bar is provided for all guests over the age of 21. Soft drinks, juice, and water are also available for those who cannot and do not wish to consume alcohol. Please keep in mind that the venue has the right to remove anyone who becomes overly intoxicated.
