Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest and easiest airport to fly into for the wedding. DFW airport is 14 miles away from the hotel. Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is further from the hotel at 26 miles away and will take at least 30-40 minutes without traffic to get to the hotel. It is recommended to fly into DFW, but know some loyal Southwest flyers will be attending! Southwest only flies into DAL airport.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer airport transportation. Uber or Lyft rides are ~$25-$30 depending on the size of requested ride from DFW Airport to the Courtyard by Marriott Flower Mound. Please contact Kierstin or Scott prior to your arrival in Dallas for assistance with transportation if needed.
The Ceremony will be held at the Riverwalk Chapel and the Cocktail Hour + Reception will be at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Flower Mound. The Chapel is 1/2 mile from the Courtyard, and transportation will be provided for those without a vehicle.
The dress code for the wedding is formal/cocktail attire!
This is an adult only reception. We are welcoming children of select family members only. There will be Nanny Service within an adjacent room to the ballroom for Reception, post-dinner.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Of course, we want everyone to have an amazing time and celebrate our day together. We do ask that the ceremony is device free! It is our sincerest wish that photos not be taken during our wedding ceremony. We truly appreciate our friends and family understanding this request to be present and in the moment with us instead of watching us through their screen. Let the photographer get the shots - We'll share, we promise!

Once you arrive into Flower Mound, transportation will be provided to the Ceremony and back to the hotel for Cocktail Hour + Reception. If you are driving in, please utilize the free parking at both Ceremony and Reception locations, so others can utilize the shuttle.
Yes. There is a complimentary parking garage directly behind the hotel. You do NOT need a ticket to enter or exit the garage, the gates to the garage are open 24/7. The Flower Mound police do surveil the garage frequently, but it is not under the surveillance of the hotel.

The last date to book your reservation at the discounted rate is August 21, 2021. If you do not feel comfortable attending, we completely understand! The ballroom is large enough to seat all guests under the 'social distanced' guidelines (if this is still a concern in September) & the venues take all proper precautions for the entirety of the event.
