Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:15pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:30-4:00pm so there is time to mingle, and get seated. If you happen to be late, (10-15 minutes before the ceremony’s start time!) You will be informed if we are still allowing guests in or if you will have to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the end of the ceremony! Thank you for understanding!

How do I RSVP? When should I rsvp by?

Answer

To Rsvp, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by Saturday, December 2nd. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending out final numbers to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it Is specifically indicated on your card in envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are Children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers, the venues decorations, and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

How does seating work?

Answer

Upon entering the building you will be greeted by some of our lovely cousins/sisters, and your coat if you would like, will be taken and set at your specific table in the reception room. For the ceremony To assure everyone is taken care of we will have ushers to help with seating with the ceremony space. For the Reception We will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are the most comfortable!
